A little review, a little repetition, and a very important exercise.  Part 2 of 3

We are all born with the ability the feel, we develop the ability to think.

In acquiring or accomplishing that which you will have, think of the want part as mental and the desire part as emotional.  You can take that metaphorically further with thought being the seed and emotion as giving life and nurturing, hence the seed sprouts, grows, and bears fruit. :-)

Another metaphor is the, your life is a ship on the ocean of infinite seas and ports, so consider thought as the rudder and emotion as the engine, with attitude and confidence as your speed.  (And for extra credit, know your ship is an infinite garden.)

Very important exercise: Sit quietly for 10 or 15 minutes.  Being very still consider and feel of the vibe of wanting, become familiar with it, and then relative to that feeling, feel the vibe of desiring.  To want has a feel to it and desire has a another distinct feel.  Tune in back and forth.  The more you do this back and forth the better you become.  Nothing is more important than how we feel!  You can do this exercise in seconds waiting for a bus.

In placing an order consider the mental emotional ratios.  Is it 50/50?  I play with the 20/80 or better plan.  20 per cent thought with mental clarity with 80 percent emotion by desire, confidence and accomplishment.  I spend a lot of time enjoying the feeling of the thing accomplished.  What does it look like and feel like, how colorful and everything, and what is the story I am telling myself about it in my life?  Maybe you have accompanying smells and tastes and sounds you can enjoy.
